1. The service
StudioSYNC helps fitness studios find substitute instructors and helps instructors find teaching opportunities. The service is currently offered in early access: features may change, be added, or be removed as the product develops.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Instructors are responsible for the accuracy and validity of the certifications and insurance documents they submit.
3. Relationship between studios and instructors
StudioSYNC facilitates introductions and scheduling between studios and instructors. We are not a party to the working relationship between them and are not the employer of any instructor. Studios and instructors remain responsible for their own legal, tax, and contractual obligations.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no fraudulent profiles, no falsified certifications, no harassment, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, and no use of the service to break the law.
5. Fees
Current pricing is displayed on our website. The service is free for instructors. Pricing may change during early access; we will communicate changes before they apply to you.
6. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. During early access we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that a match will be found for any given slot.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudioSYNC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including cancelled classes, missed sessions, or disputes between studios and instructors.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will post changes on this page with an updated date; continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
